EMAIL > EMAIL REMINDERS

Before you can send out Pool Reminders, make sure you have an email account configured to send email.

Sending Email reminders is a useful feature to keep your pool members from missing weeks. The Reminder screen also allows you to send group emails to your pool members. If for whatever reason, you cannot get the Reminder to work with your Internet connection, you can still create a text file that lists their email addresses, subject line, message etc. This text file can then be pasted into your regular mail program.

1) Click the Set Sender Name button to set your name into the body of the email.
2) Select a week to search for missing picks.
3) Click the Find Players Who Have Not Made Any Picks button after selecting the current week in the drop down box.
4) Click the Create Text File button, followed by the Send Message button.

Group Emails work the same way, but they include everyone in your pool that you have entered an email address, not just players who haven't submitted picks for the current week.

NOTES:

For players that play in both the Regular pool and Survivor pool, the program will only check their regular picks. If they are a Survivor pool *only* player, the program will check for a Survivor pick.
