GETTING SUPPORT

The NFL Pool Manager is easy to use and the answers to most questions are in the help files.

E-Mail Support :  With the the Internet features, users are going to have many questions. Feel free to email if you have questions on how to setup your Internet pool. For all other questions, please read the Frequently Asked Questions section before emailing.

REPORTING BUGS : If you think you have a found a bug in the NFL Pool Manager, read the Help file first for the section of the pool you think the bug is in. Many bug reports received are not bugs but were from users who did not know how the pool worked. If after reading the Help file you still think there is a bug, then E-Mail me,  steve@nflpoolmanagers.com

CONTRIBUTING IDEAS: Once the current years NFL Pool Manager is officially released, it is doubtful any new features will be added for the year. Unless we get an overwhelming response to add a certain feature, any requests will be considered for the following year.
