PFLPro FAQ



QUESTION #1 - What happens if I forget to submit my picks or submit my picks after the deadline?

ANSWER: - You would receive one win less than the lowest individual score of the week.



QUESTION #2 - What is the cut-off time for the pick sheets?

ANSWER: - 12:15 pm Sunday afternoon. If there is a Thursday or Saturday game it is one hour before kick-off.



QUESTION #3 - What are the times based on?

ANSWER: All times are based on the Eastern Time Zone.



QUESTION #4 - When does the pick sheet come out?

ANSWER: - Pick sheets come out around 8:00 pm on Wednesdays.



QUESTION #5 - When does the weekly wrap-up report (insider) come out?

ANSWER: - This comes out on Tuesday early afternoon, it can be found on the PFL homepage and is emailed out to each player. This gives you all the up to date statistics, stories and news of the PFL.



QUESTION #6 - I turned in my picks and now I want to change one or a few of my picks. What do I do?

ANSWER: - Submit a new set of picks. If you send in more than one set of picks, the computer always counts the one that is sent in last. You must fill out the piksheet completely, if you only fill out a few picks, that is what will be upload, all the rest of your picks will be erased.



QUESTION #7 – Where do I see my picks after I submit them?

ANSWER: - Go to the piksheet and just above the first game listed, you will see a box called What Are My Current Picks On File. Click on that and you will see all your picks that have been uploaded.



QUESTION #8 - I noticed that certain pages are updated such as the standing and statistics, yet other pages are not. What do I do?

ANSWER: - REFRESH - REFRESH - REFRESH --- call up the page you want to refresh and right click on the mouse and scroll to REFRESH and click.



QUESTION #9 - How can you tell the difference between the lock and upset on the pick sheet if both are worth 2 points?

ANSWER: - The only way for sure, is by the player listing them in the comments box, which is located on the bottom of the piksheet. Lock: Team Name. Upset: Team Name



QUESTION #10 - I just won the pool this week – How and when do I get my points?

ANSWER: - All points will be paid out by check or Paypal at the end of the season.



QUESTION #11 - If I can't get to my computer or my computer is down. What other options do I have to get my picks in?

ANSWER: - You have 3 choices: a) you can use your smart phone, Google in pfl.us and pull up piksheet, b) can have anyone with a computer put in your picks for you or c) call me with your selections.



QUESTION #12 - During the bye weeks, you include over/under picks on the pick sheet, can I use a lock and or upset on them?

ANSWER: - You can lock an over or under pick, but you can not use an upset. There is no underdog on an over/under play.



QUESTION #13 - On the survivor game, can I pick the same team more than once during each round?

ANSWER: - Yes, because we use the spread on this game we allow you to pick any team as many times as you want.



QUESTION #14 - On the Margin Of Victory game, can I pick the same team more than once?

ANSWER: - Since this is the only game in the PFL that does not use the point spreads, you are only allowed to use a team just one time per season.



QUESTION #15 - Does the weekly prize stop at the end of the regular season?

ANSWER: - No, the PFL weekly contest continues throughout the playoffs and ends with the Super Bowl.



QUESTION #16 - If there is a Thursday or Saturday game do I have to make all my picks on that day?

ANSWER: - No, you could make just that one pick for that day or game.


QUESTION #17 – What happens if I pick all favorites on a piksheet, how do I pick a 2 for an upset?

ANSWER: - You would pick 2 favorites and list in the comments box, which one is your lock and which one is you upset pick.
